Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and passionate consultants to partner with our esteemed organization. As a part-time Consultant, you will collaborate with us to deliver high-quality solutions and drive organizational excellence for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Engage with clients to assess their needs and challenges.
Plan and execute Trainings & workshops in collaboration with the clients.
Design and implement strategies, roadmaps, plans, customized methodologies, processes and tools tailored to meet client objectives.
Requirements:
Overall 10+ years of experience with at least 5+ years of proven experience in one or more of the below areas of specialization, preferably in a consultancy or advisory capacity:
Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe, Spotify, extended Scrum/Kanban, XP etc)
Enterprise Restructuring for scaling & Org change management
Test Process Improvement frameworks
Project & Program Management
Value Stream mapping
Information & Data Security
Data Science, AI & ML
Cloud computing
Design Thinking
Lean 6 Sigma
Block chain
Big Data
DevOps
CMMi
If your niche skill is not listed above, you may still apply highlighting your area of expertise.
Must have traits:
Strong Training, coaching, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic environments.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CSM, SPCT, PMP, etc.) are a plus.
A track record of successful Training, Workshop engagements & Transformation projects.
